John received his JD from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as president of the Florida Tax Moot Court team and gave back to the community as a student clinician in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Before transitioning to a career in law, John worked for a San Francisco-based private equity firm investing in middle-market companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. He earned a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, reflecting his interest in alternative investments. John began his career at a fast-growing litigation services startup, ultimately holding leadership positions in both operations and business development in the firm’s New York and Los Angeles offices. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University, where he contributed to research on neurodegenerative conditions.
