His practice focuses on partnership and shareholder disputes, LLC and governance conflicts, contract claims, and business torts, frequently involving matters with significant financial and operational consequences.

An experienced trial lawyer, JP has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict and has represented clients in state and federal courts across numerous jurisdictions. His federal practice includes litigation in multiple district courts and appellate advocacy before the Eleventh Circuit, where he secured a decision vacating a lower court ruling and remanding the case in his client’s favor. He also represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations, including proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France, and has appeared before NASDAQ in matters involving public company listing issues.

In addition to litigation and arbitration, JP advises businesses on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy-related issues, risk management, and complex commercial matters. He also brings substantial experience in construction, commercial, and real estate disputes.
