Jordan Teague

FOUNDING PARTNER, HEAD OF INNOVATION

Jordan focuses on the firm’s long‑term strategy, including growth, innovation, and attorney development. Her work centers on shaping firm direction, building scalable systems, and investing in the next generation of attorneys to ensure the firm’s continued strength and adaptability. Known internally as the firm’s self‑described “nerd in the basement,” Jordan brings a systems‑oriented mindset and a deep interest in the intersection of law, technology, and organizational design.

Jordan’s perspective is grounded in extensive experience across both transactional law and litigation, including the defense of complex business disputes and class actions. That background informs her strategic perspective on the firm’s work in complex business litigation, construction litigation, technology law, and consumer protection.

Jordan received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Mathematics‑Economics from Furman University and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where she served as Senior Technology Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. Prior to law school, she worked in advertising, software development, and entrepreneurship.

“In our hands, the law is a proactive asset, not a cap on innovation. Because we’re at the cutting-edge of emerging markets and follow sectors in transformation, we can create opportunities and advantage, in both known and uncharted waters. ”
