Jordan received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Mathematics-Economics from Furman University, and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where she was the Senior Technology Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. Prior to law school, Jordan gained experience in advertising, software development, and entrepreneurship. She is the firm’s self-professed “nerd in the basement,” with a passion for merging law and technology to help her clients become more effective, efficient, and forward-thinking. Jordan has deep experience in both transactional law and litigation, including the defense of class actions. Her core practice areas include complex business litigation, construction litigation, technology law, and consumer protection law.
