Gloria Correa
ATTORNEY
Gloria received her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees, with a concentration in Transnational and Comparative Law, from the University of Georgia. During her time at UGA, she served as a research assistant for professors specializing in international economic law, was a member of the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, served as treasurer of the Hispanic and Latino Law Students Association, and was president of the International Law Society.
Before pursuing her J.D. and LL.M., she earned a Bachelor of Laws and Political Science (LL.B.) from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in Panama. During her LL.B. studies, Gloria participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition for two years and later coached her university’s team for an additional two years.
Throughout her studies and after obtaining her license to practice law, Gloria gained experience working with law firms in Panama on a broad range of matters, including commercial and investment arbitration, tax, transactional and business litigation, administrative law, and due diligence, among other areas.
