Behind the Scenes of Legal Project Management: Our Core Values in Action

At Campbell Teague, our core values guide how we work every day, and as a legal project manager, I see how they come to life across every matter we handle.

Integrity is foundational. In project management, that means setting realistic timelines, communicating openly when priorities shift, and being honest about what it takes to move a matter forward. Clients and attorneys rely on accurate information to make good decisions, and maintaining trust starts with clear, straightforward communication, even when the answer isn’t easy.

Ingenuity shows up in how we solve problems. Legal work is complex by nature, but that doesn’t mean the process has to be chaotic. As project managers, we’re constantly refining workflows, building better systems, and finding smarter ways to manage information, deadlines, and collaboration so teams can work efficiently without cutting corners.

Ownership is at the core of the role. Legal project managers are trusted to take responsibility for matters from intake through resolution. That means anticipating issues before they become problems, holding ourselves accountable for follow‑through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, without needing to be micromanaged.

Fitness is both mental and operational. Managing multiple matters requires consistency, focus, and the ability to perform under pressure. Staying organized, proactive, and disciplined allows us to support attorneys, protect clients, and maintain a high standard of work even when things move quickly.

Together, these values shape how we deliver a better legal experience, for our clients, our attorneys, and each other.
