Lindsey graduated from Clemson University with a dual B.A. in Political Science and Communications. She then obtained her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a member of the Wake Forest Moot Court competition team and the Student Bar Association.

During law school, Lindsey gained experience with copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property licensing, media and entertainment law, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptoventures. Additionally, while abroad in London, she studied media privacy rights on an international scale at Oxford University. She focuses her practice on trademarks and has a passion for helping creatives best represent and protect their work.

Lindsey is inspired by new and developing areas of law and technology. She values creativity and collaboration both in and outside of the courtroom. When not in the office, Lindsey loves going to concerts, seeing the latest films, traveling to new places, and spending time with her dog, Teddy.
